In an effort to quickly and efficiently refund patients, your healthcare provider hired Crossroads Health to process these patient refunds. Patient and Guarantor Information was provided by your healthcare provider to Crossroads Health for this purpose.

The URL you received is part of the security process and contains a unique “token”. The length of the “token” in the link to your refund is based on OAUTH token standards used across the world. This standard makes it extremely secure to send you a link that is just for you. Other places you will see this on a daily basis are Facebook and Google, as they use the same standard. This URL and the associated token will expire 15 days from the date/time it is sent to you.
